Once an order is placed, we happily accept order cancellations within 24 hours of the purchase date. If 24 hours have passed, we are unable to accept a cancellation request.
Due to the custom nature of each item, we do not accept returns/exchanges.
Please keep in mind that every item is handmade. While it will always closely resemble the item in the picture provided, not everything can look the same. Which makes your item extra special as it is unique to you!
Due to the nature of laser cutting some small burn marks can be present.
