Wedding Letters charms

Once an order is placed, we happily accept order cancellations within 24 hours of the purchase date. If 24 hours have passed, we are unable to accept a cancellation request.

Due to the custom nature of each item, we do not accept returns/exchanges.

Please keep in mind that every item is handmade. While it will always closely resemble the item in the picture provided, not everything can look the same. Which makes your item extra special as it is unique to you!

Due to the nature of laser cutting some small burn marks can be present.

Our cake toppers contain small and delicate parts that may pose a choking hazard. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all parts are safely removed from the cake before serving. By purchasing our
cake toppers, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any incidents related to improper use or removal of these items.
